Time Moves on!!!

With the year now at full pace i have been kept busy with scouting matters.
Here is what i have been up to over the first couple of months of this year.

I started off the new year with a meeting with the leaders at the 46th Cowdenbeath to plan the future of the group after the GSL and Treasurer stepped down over the festive period.
I would like to thank Brian and June for all their hard work over the years keeping the group together.

I then quickly followed this up with an ADC meeting to discuss the year forward for the district.

I have presented several awards over this period.
Lee Symms and Cath Cusator( Both on the District Exec with the Chief Scout Commendation)
Graham Bennett with his 20year service award.
Eric Ross was presented with his 30 year service award.
Alison Lloyd with her 15 year service award.
Gordon Pert with his 40 year service award.
I have also presented one Chief Scout Gold Award and 2 Bronze awards to Beavers and Scouts.

I have been busy continuing to get the reviews in the district done and they are slowly getting updated.

I attended the District Scout Leaders meeting held at the 77th kelty scout hall.(First one in 3years)

Finally i was invited to attend the Beavers Challenge Cup day at Fordell in which 6 colonies worked their way round challenge bases.
well done to all that took part and especially to the 48th St Bridgets for winning the cup.

With hopefully the bad weather behind us Scouting in Rosyth can continue to thrive and keep every one busy but also let everyone have FUN!!!!!
