Rosyth District is made up of 7 Scout Groups.

13th Fife (Rosyth Methodist) Scout Group.
41st Rosyth Scout Group.
46th Cowdenbeath Scout Group.
48th Dalgety Bay Scout Group.
66th Aberdour Scout Group.
68th Inverkeithing Scout Group
77th Kelty Scout Group.
We also have 2 Scout Fellowships,
One is associated with the 41st Rosyth Scout Group
and the Inch Fellowship which assists the District.

We are part of East of Scotland Region with 9 other Districts.
Dunfermline,Glenrothes and Levenmouth,Kirkcaldy,
North East Fife, Perth and Kinross, Dundee, North Angus, South Angus and Arbroath and Montrose.

February Diary




February has been quiet a hetic month even though it is the shortest month.

Here is what i have been up to over the last 28 days.

The month started with a meeting with Fiona at SHQ to discuss the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.







Over the month i have presented several long service awards.
These went to.
Steven Kinear(41st)
Anne Wilson(46th)
Colin Bird(46th)
Peter Hamilton(66th)
Margaret Thomson(Inch Fellowship)

Congratulations to all.

I attended the Beaver challenge day which was held at Inverkeithing high school.
6 Colonies took part and a great day was had by all.
Well done to the 68th for winning the compertion.

I visited the 13th Scouts who were doing a back to bascis camp at Fordell.
I also learnt that if you are offered food then check if it is cooked properly.

I attended the Young Leaders weekend which was held just outside Dundee.
The District had 15 Explorers taking part and 14 of them completed their training.
Well Done!!

I attended the Inch Felowship meeting which was at the 48th Scout hall.

I was in attendence at Scouts Woolmer Compertion in which 6 troops took part.
They worked round bases which tested their scouting skills.
Well done to the 48th St David's Troop for winning.
