Rosyth District is made up of 7 Scout Groups.

13th Fife (Rosyth Methodist) Scout Group.
41st Rosyth Scout Group.
46th Cowdenbeath Scout Group.
48th Dalgety Bay Scout Group.
66th Aberdour Scout Group.
68th Inverkeithing Scout Group
77th Kelty Scout Group.
We also have 2 Scout Fellowships,
One is associated with the 41st Rosyth Scout Group
and the Inch Fellowship which assists the District.

Skills Weekend




Over the weekend of 5th & 6th March 2011,
Rosyth District held a LEADERS ONLY and SKILLS BASED training weekend at Fordell Firs National Activity Centre.
The event started at 12pm and the leaders were invited to arrive from 11am to register and set up camp.
The leaders had a wide range of skills to learn
The skills on offer were as follows



• Membership Management System (MMS)
• Pioneering (Beginners)
• Fire Lighting
• Campfire
• Global Awareness
• Young Leaders
• Getting Outdoors
• Knife Axe and Saw
• Backwoods Cooking
• Campsite Layout
• Crafts

There was also the opportunity for a social evening on the Saturday and to try and learn how to operate a few of Fordell’s own activities on the Sunday;
all of which was designed to bring the District’s leadership closer together and to increase opportunities for our young people.
