Rosyth District is made up of 7 Scout Groups.

13th Fife (Rosyth Methodist) Scout Group.
41st Rosyth Scout Group.
46th Cowdenbeath Scout Group.
48th Dalgety Bay Scout Group.
66th Aberdour Scout Group.
68th Inverkeithing Scout Group
77th Kelty Scout Group.
We also have 2 Scout Fellowships,
One is associated with the 41st Rosyth Scout Group
and the Inch Fellowship which assists the District.

We are part of East of Scotland Region with 9 other Districts.
Dunfermline,Glenrothes and Levenmouth,Kirkcaldy,
North East Fife, Perth and Kinross, Dundee, North Angus, South Angus and Arbroath and Montrose.

Sports Day

On Saturday 7th May, It was our district sports day.
It was held at Pitreavie Playing Fields just outside Dunfermline.
We had events for all the sections.

In the morning we had field events for the Cubs/Scouts and Explorer Scouts.

This was followed by the Beaver Scouts Sports day.
They took part in 10 events.
The overall winners were the 48th St Bridget colony,Who had not won the trophy for 21 years.

After they had finished it was time for the rest of the sections to take part in the track events.

The results were as follows.




Beaver's

1st - 48th St Bridget's (Dalgety Bay)
2nd - 68th Inverkeithing
3rd - 66th Aberdour

Cubs


1st - 66th Aberdour
2nd - 46th Cowdenbeath
3rd - 48th Donibristle

Scouts

1st - 68th Inverkeithing
2nd - 48th Donibristle
3rd - 48th St Bridget's

The group trophy which is decided by all 3 sections added together.

1st - 68th Inverkeithing
2nd - 48th Donibristle
3rd - 66th Aberdour

The Explorers had their own trophy and the results were as follows.

1st - 13th Rosyth
2nd - 68th Inverkeithing
3rd - 66th Aberdour
